On May 18, 2022, the British Virgin Islands (BVI) Ministry of Finance, International Tax Authority (ITA), published an announcement that users of the BVIFars Portal will not be charged the annual fee for use of the portal on September 1, 2022. Instead, the fees will be implemented later in 2022. The ITA will publish an official notice soon.
