Colin has spent the majority of this career in public accounting, focusing on U.S. reporting and withholding (i.e. Forms 1099 and backup withholding), Non-Resident Alien reporting and withholding (i.e., Forms 1042-S and NRA withholding), the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act ("FATCA") and the Common Reporting Standards ("CRS").
Colin's experience has allowed him to work with numerous clients across all industries in advisory and compliance roles. He focuses on efficient and cost-effective solutions by developing flexible operational practices that adhere to the ever-changing tax technical information reporting rules.
