The BVI Financial Account Reporting System (BVIFARS) Portal is open and ready to accept U.S. FATCA, CRS, and CbC enrollments and reporting submissions.
Here are the deadlines:
• Annual Enrollment deadline for U.S. FATCA: April 1, 2021
• Annual Reporting Submission deadline for U.S. FATCA: May 31, 2021
• Annual Enrollment/Notification deadline for CRS: April 30, 2021
• Annual Reporting Submission Deadline for CRS: May 31, 2021
